LIFESTYLE VORTEX – RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Lifestyle Vortex, we want you to love what you receive. Every piece we create is inspired by real places, memories, and emotions — and when something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to put it right quickly and fairly. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for physical and digital products. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.
To request a return, please email us at lifestylevortex@outlook.com. Because we use different fulfilment routes, return addresses may vary depending on whether your item was produced through one of our print-on-demand partners or shipped directly. Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm whether the return is accepted and provide you with the correct return instructions. Any items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing fault, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us straight away with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Most of our physical products are created specifically for you at the time of ordering using print-on-demand production. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for issues such as incorrect size selection, personal preference on fit, or minor colour variation between screen display and physical print. These are not considered manufacturing defects. However, if your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, you are fully protected and entitled to a replacement or refund. Please report POD issues within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence so we can resolve it quickly.
All digital products, including downloadable files and digital artwork, are strictly non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This is because digital items cannot be returned. If you experience any technical issue or receive an incorrect file, please contact us within 14 days and we will promptly correct the problem.
Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, if a sale item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you are still fully covered under consumer law and entitled to a replacement or refund. Gift cards and digital gift products are non-refundable.
If your order is being shipped into the UK or European Union, you may also be entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason. To exercise this right, the item must remain unused and returned in resaleable condition with proof of purchase. Please note that some customised or made-to-order items may be exempt under EU and UK law — if in doubt, just contact us and we’ll explain your options clearly.
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most instances, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order. For defective or incorrectly supplied goods, we’ll arrange a like-for-like replacement wherever possible.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us so we can investigate immediately.
If you purchased a Lifestyle Vortex or LSV-Art design through a third-party marketplace such as Redbubble, Spreadshirt, TeePublic or Spring, your order is governed by that platform’s own returns and refund policy. In those cases, you should contact the marketplace directly for resolution. That said, you are always welcome to contact us if you require artwork support or assistance with a claim.
